Adrian-Ionuț Iriza

Adrian-Ionuț Iriza has a diverse work experience history. Adrian-Ionuț began their career as an HR Intern at PwC in 2018, where they fulfilled daily tasks, participated in planning meetings, and engaged in individual and team projects. In 2019, they pursued internships in Clinical Psychology at Spitalul Constantin Gorgos and specialized in Work and Organizational Psychology at The Center for Psycho-Sociology of the M.A.I. Adrian-Ionuț then worked as a Sales Consultant for Optical Network in 2020 and as a Recruitment Analyst for Sales Consulting from February to July 2021. Adrian joined rinf.tech in July 2021, first as an IT Sourcer and then as a Junior IT Recruiter starting in July 2022. In their role at rinf.tech, they gained experience in full life cycle recruiting and successfully recruited for various technical roles.

Adrian-Ionuț Iriza began their education in 2013 at Colegiul National Traian, where they completed their Bacalaureat with a focus on English bilingual mathematics-computer science in 2017. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA) from 2017 to 2020. Adrian-Ionuț then continued their academic journey by enrolling in The Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, where they obtained a Master's degree in Health psychology - Behavioral research and optimization from 2020 to 2022.
