Irina-Dana Rinea (Alexe) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Irina-Dana began their career in 2006 at NetBridge Services, where they worked as an Account Executive, identifying new business opportunities and selling online recruitment services to companies. Irina-Dana also managed customer relationships and resolved issues effectively. In 2009, they were promoted to Sales & Customer Care Manager, where they coordinated sales and customer care teams for Myjob.ro, Romania's 3rd largest recruitment website. Irina-Dana developed sales strategies, monitored sales objectives, and improved customer service procedures.

In 2014, Irina-Dana joined rinf.tech as a BPO Project Manager, managing projects to improve communication with partners' customers and find new business opportunities. Irina-Dana also interacted with stakeholders and potential clients, delivering to their expectations. Later, in 2016, they became a Service Delivery Manager at the same company, responsible for managing a large portfolio of dedicated customers from various industries. Irina-Dana ensured timely and efficient solutions, exceeded service level agreements, and identified opportunities for growth.

Most recently, in 2021, Irina-Dana was promoted to Client Engagement Director at rinf.tech, where they utilize their expertise in customer service and delivery to develop a service and delivery strategy focused on results, performance, process, and prioritization. Irina-Dana assesses customer feedback and makes necessary improvements to meet and exceed contractual obligations.

Irina-Dana Rinea (Alexe) pursued their education in a chronological order. Irina-Dana first attended the Universitatea Româno-Americană din București from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations and European Studies. Following that, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Școala Națională de Studii Politice și Administrative din București and earned a Master's degree in Human Resources. Finally, from 2019 to 2021, they attended Tiffin University and completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
