Steven Turner

Steven Turner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, leadership, and sales improvement. Currently serving as the Leadership, Sales, and Organizational Improvement Manager at Ring Power Cat since January 2020, Steven focuses on enhancing the company's mission and employee-centric culture through tailored programs and processes. Prior to this role, Steven held various leadership positions, including President and Principal OD - OE Consultant at AGI Consulting, where responsibilities included operational management, business development, and financial oversight. Additional consultancy roles have involved strategic planning, team development, and executive coaching across multiple organizations. Steven holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, as well as a Bachelor's degree from St. Olaf College.
