Sanjeev Vaidianathan

Sanjeev Vaidianathan is an experienced operations and service manager with a strong track record in leading large teams and managing complex projects. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Program Manager at Ring since June 2022 and a Service Manager at Amazon since June 2020, Sanjeev oversees a team of over 250 associates in providing comprehensive leave management solutions for 1.5 million global employees. Prior experience includes a tenure at ADP from 2004 to 2020, where Sanjeev advanced through various roles including Senior Manager, leading production support teams and RPA shared services, as well as managing support for HCM solutions and implementation teams. Sanjeev holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology, specializing in Mechanical Engineering, from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
