Aimee de Alwis

Aimee de Alwis has extensive experience in product support and operational excellence, currently serving as Senior Manager for Product Support & Ops at Hopin since September 2020. Aimee has held various managerial roles at Hopin, including Operational Excellence Senior Manager and Product Support Manager, demonstrating a strong expertise in operational processes and product support. Prior to this, Aimee founded Aimee Castle Coaching, offering coaching services from February 2018 to September 2020. Aimee's career began as an Assistant Healthcare Scientist at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust from August 2015 to August 2017. Aimee holds a BSc in Biomedical Science (Hons) with a professional year from the University of Kent, attained between 2013 and 2017.
