Madison Hall is an experienced professional in customer success and management, currently serving as the Global Leader for Customer Success and Renewals at RingCentral since March 2019. In this role, Madison leads the Customer Success Specialist team, the named Customer Success Team, and the Renewals Team, ensuring an exceptional experience for small business customers. Previous positions include leadership roles at RingCentral, as well as Client Success Manager roles at DealCloud and Digital Shadows, where Madison managed client relationships and renewals for multiple accounts. Madison began a career in customer success at Avero, overseeing the health of over 600 parent accounts, and has foundational experience from an internship at Walt Disney World. Madison is also a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor's of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management and participated in the City of Charlotte Civic Leadership Engagement Academy from 2020 to 2021.
