Steven Myers

Steven Myers currently serves as Vice President of Talent Management at RingCentral, overseeing global talent initiatives including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, and People Business Partners. Previously, Steven held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at 2K, where leadership of a dispersed team supported various functions and facilitated the growth of the employee population. Steven's extensive experience at Walmart eCommerce included progressively responsible HR roles, culminating as Senior Director, HR Business Partner, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives within Customer Technology and Operations. Earlier career experiences include HR positions at Baxa Corporation, Mental Health Center of Denver, and Gillis, with a strong focus on recruiting, employee relations, and HR project management. Steven holds an MPA in Human Resources from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Central Arkansas.
