Jerzy Gulczynski

Jerzy Gulczynski has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Jerzy is currently the Managing Director at Ringier Axel Springer Polska since 2019. Prior to this, they held various roles at DreamLab, including Director of IT Platforms Development & Operations, Board Member, and Product Owner. Jerzy was responsible for leading the IT organization and transforming traditional IT operations to full DevOps. Jerzy also implemented a cost settlement model for IT services and led the transformation to cloud and microservices-based architecture. Before DreamLab, Jerzy worked at Interia.pl Group as the Director of Software Development and Software Development Team Lead. Jerzy played a crucial role in launching Interia.pl and was responsible for the development department and processes. Jerzy also had experience as a Software Engineer at Comarch S.A. Jerzy Gulczynski has a strong background in IT leadership, software development, and system architecture.

Jerzy Gulczynski graduated with a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering/Computer Science from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki in 1998.
