Michael Marsicano

Michael Marsicano is an accomplished illustrator and full-time faculty member in the Department of Illustration at Ringling College of Art and Design since August 2019. As the principal of Michael Marsicano Illustration, a role held since May 2010, Marsicano has collaborated with prestigious clients such as The Atlantic Monthly, The New York Times, and Warner Bros Records, among others. Previous experience includes serving as a storyboard artist and assistant art director with I.A.T.S.E United Scenic Artists Local USA 829, and as an adjunct professor at Montclair State University. Educational credentials include an MFA in Illustration as Visual Essay from the School of Visual Arts and a BFA in Illustration from Ringling College of Art and Design. Marsicano has also received honors from numerous organizations, including the Society of Illustrators and Communication Arts.
