Annette Asper Berg

Annette Asper Berg is the Head of Legal at Ringnes AS since May 2017, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles including Legal Counsel/Director at Deloitte AS from August 2015 to April 2017 and Head of Corporate Legal Norway at If Skadeforsikring NUF from February 2008 to July 2015. Berg began their legal career as an Assistant Attorney-at-law at Coop NKL BA from February 2005 to January 2008 and served as a legal advisor at The Consumer Ombudsman from August 2002 to January 2005. Additional experience includes a traineeship at Loyens Loeff in Rotterdam in late 2001. Educational qualifications include studies at BI Norwegian Business School in 2007, summer school at The Hague Academy of International Law in 2002, and a degree from the University of Oslo from 1996 to 2002, with specialization in EC-law, international business law, and international arbitration.
