Simon Hauer

Simon Hauer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Simon recently joined Ringtail Interactive as the Lead Talent Acquisition Manager in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Klarna for several years, starting in October 2015. At Klarna, Simon held multiple positions, including Business Operations Specialist, Recruiter, Team Leader Collection, and Collection Agent. Before joining Klarna, they briefly worked as an IT-Helpdesk at Oberösterreichische Versicherung AG in September 2013. Simon also gained experience as an Intern at Nin Prantner, Wiener Möbeldesignerin, where they were involved in concept development, 3D modeling, product photography, and design research from June to October 2011.

Simon Hauer completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Design from Universität für künstlerische und industrielle Gestaltung Linz in 2011. Simon then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial Design from the same university, which they completed in 2014. In 2012, they also briefly studied Transportation Design at Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts.
