Olivia Simpson

Olivia Simpson is an accomplished publishing intern at Ringwood Publishing since June 2020, where responsibilities include co-editing novels, proofreading manuscripts, writing reader's reports, and managing social media promotion. Previously, Olivia worked as a staff writer and editorial assistant at Tie The Knot Scotland from September 2020 to September 2022. In an earlier role, Olivia served as an English Second Language teacher and Spanish-English translator at Shakespeare Languages Institute from October 2018 to June 2020, translating and proofreading web content for the Spanish Army’s Communications Department while also designing and teaching courses for various organizations. Olivia holds a Master's degree in Translation from The University of Glasgow and a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Spanish from The University of Manchester, along with a CELTA qualification from Live Language.
