Kathryn Mahdavi has over 15 years of professional experience in customer experience, operations, program management, and project management. Kathryn began their career in 2004 as a Book-keeper and Payroll Administrator for Admiral Security Services. In 2006, they joined Aduro, LLC/Robin Jones Marketing as a Project/Account Manager and Senior Project Manager. In 2009, they held a Program Assistant role at Sierra Nevada Corporation and an Operations Manager, Client Services and Product role at Enforme Interactive. From 2015 to 2018, they were employed at ZeroCater, where they held the roles of Business Operations Manager and Director of Customer Experience. Finally, from 2018 to present, they have been employed at Rinse, where they have held the roles of Regional Manager, LA; Regional Director, LA and Director of Customer Experience; Sr. Director of Customer Experience; and VP, Customer Experience & Regional Operations.
Kathryn Mahdavi attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science.
