Franziskus Domig

Franziskus Domig has a diverse work experience with a focus on software engineering and technical roles. Franziskus started their career in 2008 as a Freelancer at Soprado GmbH & Co. KG. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer at xoo design gmbh. In 2012, they joined comSysto GmbH as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on the development of a data-driven web portal. Franziskus was responsible for architectural and technological decisions in addition to development.

In 2017, they joined RIO | The Logistics Flow, where they held multiple roles including Lead Software Engineer, Technical Integration Manager & Lead Software Engineer, and Product Owner. Franziskus'sresponsibilities at RIO included supporting development teams, providing AWS consulting, and evangelizing new technologies. Franziskus played an important role in the certification process for integrated RIO boxes in every MAN truck.

In 2018, they also worked at TRATON GROUP as a TRATON Ambassador. Overall, Franziskus Domig has a strong background in software engineering and has gained extensive experience in various technical and leadership roles.

Franziskus Domig pursued their education in the field of Computer Science. Franziskus enrolled at FHV - Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. Then, they continued their studies at FHV - Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2012 to earn their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. Additionally, in 2008 and 2009, they attended DTU - Technical University of Denmark, focusing on Computer Science.

Alongside their formal education, Franziskus Domig obtained several certifications. In February 2013, they became a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum.org. Later, in December 2013, they completed the course "Interactive Programming in Python" provided by Coursera. In the same year, they also acquired certifications such as "Kanban in Action" from Lean Kanban Inc. and "MongoDB M101" from MongoDB. In July 2014, they obtained the certification for "Management 3.0," and in December 2016, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner through Scrum Alliance.
