Charles Tong

Charles Tong is an experienced Insights Manager at Riot Games, having worked there since August 2014. In the current role, Charles leads a team specializing in analytics and strategic advisory for the Global Channel Publishing team, which serves all Riot game products. Previous positions held include Senior Insights Analyst and Insights Analyst, focusing on player growth and organizational strategy. Notable achievements include developing Customer Lifetime Value models and contributing to cost transformation efforts. Before joining Riot Games, Charles interned in underwriting at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a concentration in Operations Research and Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University, along with a high school education from Phillips Academy Andover.
