Victoria Horsley

Victoria Horsley is a seasoned professional in the esports industry, currently serving as the Global Competition Manager for VALORANT at Riot Games since March 2021, where responsibilities include creating global event match details and managing event operations. In addition to their role at Riot Games, Victoria is an Adjunct Professor at Northwood University, teaching courses on esports player performance and event management. Previous leadership roles include Chief Officer at the Unified Esports Association and President of the Unified Collegiate Esports Association. Victoria has also held marketing and event management positions at various organizations, including the National Association of Collegiate Esports and the Houston Host Committee for major sporting events.
