Jean-Sébastien Estienne has held several roles in the surf industry. Jean-Sébastien started their career as a professional surfer at Billabong from an unknown start date until 2009. Jean-Sébastien then worked as a Marketing Assistant & Team Manager at Seventyone Percent from March 2011 to March 2012. Following this, they joined Rip Curl and held various positions including European Surf Team & Event Manager from March 2012 to December 2013, Rip Curl Saint Barth's Co-Owner from November 2013 to August 2015, and Head of Marketing, Digital & eCommerce for Europe from January 2014 to an unknown end date.
Jean-Sébastien Estienne completed their education with a baccalauréat Scientifique from René Cassin high school in 2005. Jean-Sébastien then pursued a BPJEPS degree in Surf from the Fédération Française de Surf from 2009 to 2010. Jean-Sébastien went on to earn a Master 2 degree in Management of sports organizations, specializing in Management, Marketing, and communication from IEP Aix en Provence / FSS Marseille in 2011.
