Priscilla Keith

VP, Program Management at RIP Medical Debt

Priscilla Keith is the current Director of Program Management at RIP Medical Debt. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director at Community Health Network from August 2013 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring the Network maintained its non-profit status through mandatory regulatory 990 H and supplemental Community Benefit Report filings. Keith also lead a team in providing necessary financial data and writing reports. Furthermore, they provided leadership to the five Hospital Regions and eight hospitals.

During their time at Community Health Network, Keith designed and led the 2018 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) strategy and process with approval by the Board of Directors. Additionally, they authored and directed the 2018 CHNA Implementation Strategies for five Hospital Regions. Under their management, The Cupboard Food Pantry saw an increase in clients served by 28% in 2018 and number of partners by 60%. Keith also implemented and supervised the Medical Legal Partnership in two Hospital Regions which resulted in 480 referrals and 221 intakes in 2018, ultimately decreasing expenses, hospital and ER utilization. The MLP was recognized for its innovative approach to Social Determinants of Health issues.

In addition to these accomplishments, Keith also directed the Corporate Employee Serve 360 Volunteer Program and led LDI volunteer service projects resulting in top three programs recognized by employees and increased employee participation by 7% in 2018. Lastly, they established the Grab and Go Food Program for Women’s Health and Federally Qualified Health Center to address infant mortality and food insecurity

After completing their undergraduate studies at Spelman College, Priscilla Keith earned a Master of Science in neuroanatomy from Clark Atlanta University. Priscilla then attended the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where they earned a Doctor of Law with a focus in health law.

They are on a team with David Reynolds - Director of Info Systems, Scott Gannon Patton - Director of Development, and Ruth Lande - VP of Hospital Relations. Priscilla Keith reports to Allison Sesso, Executive Director. Camila Salvagno - Program Manager, Dina Magnes - Associate Director of Education & Engagement report to Priscilla Keith.
