Charlotte Hughes is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in product development and team management. Currently serving as the Product Development Manager at Ripe Thinking Limited since May 2012, Charlotte oversees the development of all Ripe Insurance products while adapting to fast-paced changes and tight deadlines. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Call Centre Manager, enhancing the growth of the call center by implementing new policies and managing a team of 11 full-time employees. Prior experience at Carole Nash Insurance included roles such as ChoiceQuote Team Leader and Personal Lines Team Leader, where Charlotte focused on achieving compliance, quality, and sales targets with teams handling inbound and outbound inquiries.
