Benny Phanichkul

Benny Phanichkul has worked in the software engineering and quality assurance fields since 2005. Benny began their career as a QA Test Lead at Testing, Testing 1 2 3, then moved to VMC as a Functional Test Lead for Xbox 360. In 2005, they joined Preclick as a QA Engineer/Manager, where they managed and trained the Preclick test team, wrote and maintained test plans and cases, and shipped several products for high-profile clients. From 2009 to 2016, they worked at Smilebox, where they were a Software Developer (Full Stack), SDET, and QA Engineer. Benny wrote scripts to test Smilebox, developed image recognition-based UI automated tests, and tested in an Agile environment. In 2016, they became a Full Stack Software Engineer at Blok24, Inc., where they were the first employee and played a critical role in getting Blok24 to market. Benny is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Ripl, Inc., where they began working in 2019.

Benny Phanichkul attended San Diego State University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
