Heather D. is also the Founder of iHealthPotential, LLC, a non-profit organization focused on providing clear, concise, and scientifically based health information to individuals. With a background in muscle physiology and exercise physiology, Heather has a wealth of experience in research, teaching, and coaching in various organizations such as the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, The George Washington University, and Bethel College. Heather D.'s expertise includes leading projects, developing protocols, managing teams, and effectively communicating scientific findings.
