Dr Timo Sandritter

Dr. Timo Sandritter has over 18 years of work experience in various roles. Dr. Timo began their career in 2003 as a Program Manager for Legal Compliance at Siemens. In 2005, they moved to Digium as the Chief People Officer, where they helped build the company from a single digit workforce to 350 employees. In 2012, they became the Managing Partner of Cygnus Strategy Group, LLC., a boutique consulting firm specializing in organizational help for small and medium size businesses. In 2015, they were appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at Haufe Group, where they were responsible for growing the US and global presence. In 2020, they joined AllCloud as the Chief People Officer, tasked with guiding the global professional services people strategy and managing partnerships with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Salesforce. Currently, they are an Executive Board Member at Ingentis since 2022. Dr. Timo also serves as the President and Rainmaker at RippleWorx, a software application built on the core of their beliefs.

Dr. Timo Sandritter has a diverse educational background, having obtained a Fellowship from the Harvard Kennedy School in Public Leadership & Economic Development, a Doctor of Education - EdD from the University of Southern California in Organizational Change & Leadership, a Doctor of Business Administration from Argosy University in Business Administration and Management, General, a Master of Science - MS from Columbia University in Human Capital Management (pending), a Master of Arts - MA from Harvard University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences in Sustainability Studies, a Master of Arts - MA from The University of Alabama in Huntsville in Public Affairs, and a degree in Employment & Labor Law, Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. Additionally, they have obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
