Anna Mitchell

Anna Mitchell serves as Senior Manager of Growth at Rippling since July 2022, previously holding the role of Manager of Growth. Alongside this, Anna is part of the Core Team at Interact, a nonprofit providing fellowships for mission-driven technologists. Experience includes working as a Build Associate at 8VC, where incubation and investment in companies were key focuses, and as an Associate Product Manager at Schmidt Futures, tackling various operational challenges with an emphasis on national security and COVID-19 relief. As a founding researcher for the Plaintext Group, Anna contributed significantly to establishing a nonpartisan technology policy initiative.
