Nimish Bhonsale

Nimish Bhonsale is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Engineering at Rippling, Bhonsale also holds the positions of Co-Founder and CPTO at Elda Health, along with a role as Tech & Product Advisor. Previously, Bhonsale led engineering efforts as Head of Engineering at Xflow and held various engineering management roles at Flipkart, including Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager. Early career experience includes senior management positions at Zynga, where Bhonsale also contributed as an Engineering Manager.
