Osman Sarood

Osman Sarood is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles across various prominent companies. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Rippling since October 2023, Osman previously worked as a Principal Engineer at Netlify and held the position of Director of Engineering and Senior Staff Software Engineer at Fiddler. Notably, Osman contributed as a Member of Technical Staff at Mist Systems, where efforts to scale Mist Cloud significantly impacted the company's valuation. Osman began a career as a Software Engineer at Yelp and has research experience from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, focusing on high-performance computing in data centers.
