Robert Little

Robert Little is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design leadership across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Product Design Lead at Rippling since September 2023, Robert has previously held significant roles including Design Manager for the Coinbase Cloud platform, Head of Design for Square Developer, and Head of Design at Le Tote. Robert's background also includes directing the product design team at Say Media and leading interaction design at Odopod, where key responsibilities encompassed mentorship, client relations, and overseeing high-stakes projects. An early career included roles at Tuft and Co. and Zannel, Inc., focusing on interactive marketing and application design. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art & Design from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
