Ying Chih An

Ying Chih An is currently the Director of Operations at RipSkirt Hawaii, where YING CHIH oversees company governance, HR, product development, ecommerce operations, and customer support teams. Previously, YING CHIH held the same role at The Wrap Life, leading end-to-end fashion and accessories product development, procurement, logistics, marketing operations, and website content creation. YING CHIH has also worked as an Operations Manager at MyIntent, and as the Head of Education Department at GFC Foundation (TOSHIBA Elevator). Ying Chih An has a Master's Degree in Multicultural Education and Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor's Degree in History with a minor in Social Welfare from National Chung Cheng University.
