Benjamin played an essential role in delivering technical demonstrations, providing support and training to clients, and driving sales activities. Benjamin also contributed to creating marketing campaigns to enhance product awareness and establish a strong position in the structural design software market.

In 2016, Benjamin transitioned to the position of US Product & Marketing Manager at SCIA. In this role, they continued to work closely with the sales team to promote SCIA Engineer in the United States. Benjamin delivered technical demonstrations, provided support and training to clients, and developed marketing campaigns to increase product awareness. Benjamin also played a vital role in driving US product requirements and positioning within the market.

Since 2018, Benjamin has been associated with RISA Tech, Inc. Benjamin started as a Product Marketing Manager and was responsible for promoting RISA & SCIA Engineer products in the United States. Benjamin collaborated with the sales team to drive sales activities and created marketing campaigns to increase product awareness. Benjamin also provided technical support, training, and assisted in the development of products for the US market.

In 2021, Benjamin was promoted to the role of Director of Sales and Marketing at RISA Tech, Inc. in recognition of their achievements and contributions. In this role, they continue to lead sales and marketing efforts for both RISA & SCIA Engineer products in the United States, while also managing a team. Benjamin's expertise in technical support, training, and product development contributes to the overall success of the company in the structural design software market.

Benjamin Follett, PE, attained a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In 2014, they obtained a Professional Engineers License - Civil from the State of Pennsylvania.
