Edwin Roman has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to 2023. Edwin began their career as a Door to Door Sales Agent at Vivint, where they sold home security systems and smart home technology. Edwin then worked as a Warehouse Associate at FedEx, where they were responsible for loading and unloading freight. Edwin also gained customer service experience as a Customer Service Specialist at Enterprise, where they provided assistance to customers and managed the fleet. At Risas Dental and Braces, they started as an intern and assisted with data entry and various corporate business roles. Edwin later joined the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Ambassador, focusing on high school recruitment and supporting students from low-income, first-generation, and minority backgrounds. Edwin then returned to Risas Dental and Braces and held roles such as Operations Coordinator, Local Director of Support Center Operations, and currently serves as the Associate Director of Support Center Operations. In these positions, they have been involved in managing backend/front operations and departments, proposing and managing projects to improve operational processes and the patient experience, and analyzing data for insights and continuous improvement opportunities.
