Ronen Bibi serves as the Director of Customer Service at OptimalPlus since July 2018 and has held the position of Director of Customer Support at Risco Group since January 2013. In these roles, Ronen Bibi leads a global team of 45 engineers, manages customer support projects throughout their lifecycle, drives business development for service contracts, and facilitates technical reviews and KPI assessments. Previous experience includes positions as VAS Deployment Group Manager and Messaging Section Leader at Comverse Technology, Inc., from 2008 to early 2013, and as a System Expert at the same company from 2000 to 2002. Ronen Bibi holds a BA in Economics from The Open University of Israel.
