Anna Kolesnichenko

Anna Kolesnichenko has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2020. Anna started their career as a student at Halmstad University in 2007 and also worked as a student at the University of Groningen. In 2008, Anna worked as an Assistant Specialist at VTB, where they handled foreign exchange controls and financial documentation management.

From 2008 to 2010, Anna worked as a PhD student at the University of Groningen's Groningen Bioinformatics Center, conducting research on phenotypic data and methylation profiles. Anna then moved to the Design and Analysis of Communication Systems at the University of Twente, working as a PhD and Postdoctoral Researcher, focusing on Mean-Field Approximation Techniques for Markov Models.

In 2015, Anna joined UL Identity Management & Security as a TS Associate, eventually becoming a Team Leader & Product Manager. Anna led projects, defined services, managed stakeholders, and coordinated project planning. Anna also worked as a Product Manager for Mastercard Formal Approval Services and a Senior Technical Analyst.

In 2020, Anna joined Riscure as an Operations Manager - Certifications. In this role, they are responsible for executing day-to-day operational control, managing certification projects globally, and setting long-term objectives for the certification team. Anna also manages a small team of project managers and works with technical experts.

Throughout their various roles, Anna has demonstrated expertise in project management, stakeholder management, strategy development, and process improvement.

Anna Kolesnichenko pursued their education in a meticulous and comprehensive manner. Anna began their academic journey in 2002 at Volgograd State University, where they dedicated herself to studying Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Anna's passion for learning and intellectual growth led their to successfully complete their Specialist degree in this field in 2007.

In their quest for further knowledge, Anna enrolled in Halmstad University in 2006. Anna pursued a Master's degree in Financial Mathematics, showcasing their determination and flexibility in exploring diverse fields of study. Anna's time at Halmstad University enhanced their analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, preparing their for future professional opportunities.

Anna's commitment to professional development extended beyond their formal education. Anna obtained multiple certifications to complement their academic background. In 2019, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from UL, demonstrating their proficiency in process improvement methodologies. Additionally, they obtained the PRINCE2® (2009) Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2016, highlighting their expertise in project management. Furthermore, Anna acquired the ISTQB® Certified Tester, Foundation Level certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2015, affirming their skills in software testing.
