Jason Burgess

Jason Burgess is an experienced leader in the sectors of disability, mental health, and youth services, currently serving as the Director of Disability, Mental Health and Youth Services at Rise Network since May 2019. Previously, Jason held the position of Director of New Business and Growth at Communicare Inc from June 2017 to July 2020, where responsibilities included driving organizational growth through tenders and mergers. Additional roles include Director of Employment Services and Project Manager at Communicare, where significant initiatives included the implementation of new software and the establishment of multiple offices with extensive staff training. Earlier experience includes positions in compliance and management within The Salvation Army and Community First International. Jason holds a Diploma in Front Line Management from Victoria University.
