Daniel Castillo

Dany Castillo is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in frontend and full stack development, currently serving as a Senior Frontend Engineer and founding engineer at Rise Technologies since March 2022. Prior experience includes co-founding Laserfocus, where Dany focused on developing a real-time sync Salesforce interface, and holding a Frontend Engineer position at Uberall, where significant contributions included leading a Design System team and transitioning the codebase to TypeScript. Dany also played a crucial role in establishing the tech foundation for Neue Narrative as the first technical team member, leading to the company's substantial growth. Earlier roles include frontend development and QA engineering at LIQID and Siemens, respectively. In addition to technical expertise, Dany has a background in photography, having worked as a freelance photographer in the fashion industry. Dany holds an education background with a degree from Technische Universität Berlin and studies at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
