Tim von Oldenburg

Tim von Oldenburg is a seasoned frontend engineer with extensive experience across multiple companies in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Rise Technologies since May 2023, Tim has previously held key roles such as Engineering Team Lead - Design Systems and Senior Software Engineer at Castor from June 2020 to January 2023. Notably, Tim contributed to the development of design systems at Framer and ResearchGate, and played a significant role in building Skyscanner's design system "Backpack," which enhanced product coherence at scale. Tim's career began with diverse roles at companies including ETECTURE GmbH and IBM, complemented by a Master's degree in Interaction Design from Malmö University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
