Bill Maniscalco

Bill Maniscalco is an experienced professional with a background in partnership management and program coordination. Currently serving as Partnership Manager at Rise Against Hunger since March 2023, Bill previously held the role of Program Manager at Meals on Wheels People from June 2019 to March 2023, where key contributions included launching volunteer programs for seniors and adapting meal delivery protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior to that, Bill was the Filming and Special Events Manager for the City of Los Angeles from 2008 to June 2018, significantly increasing filming revenues and facilitating high-profile events. Bill also owned Bill Maniscalco Productions from 1991 to 2018, managing all production aspects. Bill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Framingham State University.
