Elizabeth Miller

Elizabeth Miller is an experienced professional in the food science industry, currently serving as a Commercialization Project Manager at Rise Baking Company since August 2021. Miller has held various positions at Rise, including R&D Project Manager and Food Scientist. Prior experience includes roles at Brill, Inc. as a Scientist and Senior Technologist, and at CSM Bakery Solutions as Technologist II. Miller's academic background features a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from The University of Georgia, where significant research contributions and teaching assistant responsibilities were undertaken. Notably, Miller also earned a 3rd place recognition in the DDW Natural Coloring Competition for developing an allergen-free vegetable biscuit snack.
