Mitch Arment is an experienced culinary professional with a robust career spanning over three decades within the food industry. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Rise Baking Company since May 2023 and Culinary Director at Meritage Culinary since May 2020, Mitch has previously held positions such as Process Technologist at Reading Bakery Systems and PD Manager/Executive Chef at Kunzler & Co Inc. Noteworthy achievements include managing new product development and executing successful strategies for product launches at Giorgio Foods, INC and Sweet Street. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
