Tiffany Walz

Tiffany Walz has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tiffany started their career as a Sr. Human Resources Professional at Smarte Carte in 2002, where they were responsible for various HR duties such as benefits, workers comp, employee relations, training, recruiting, onboarding, investigations, union negotiations, and grievances. After working at Smarte Carte for over 12 years, they joined Federal-Mogul Powertrain as a Human Resources Manager in 2015. In this role, they managed HR functions until 2017 when they transitioned to CSM Bakery Solutions as a Regional Human Resources Manager. Tiffany held this position for two years before assuming the role of Director of Human Resources at Rise Baking Company in 2017. Most recently, they have been working as the Director of Human Resources, ISC at Brill Inc since 2019.

Tiffany Walz earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Relations and Affairs and Political Science from the University of Southern California between 1989 and 1993.
