Kristen Eyler

Kristen Eyler is the founder of Rise Collective Consultants, established in May 2022, which specializes in helping retail brands achieve significant growth through strategic sourcing and merchandising supported by extensive industry relationships. Additionally, Kristen serves as a consulting member at The Upside, a collaborative community for independent consultants. Kristen has over 14 years of experience at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., holding various director-level merchandising roles for Pottery Barn Kids and PBteen, where responsibilities included overseeing furniture and decorative accessories across multiple platforms. Prior to Williams-Sonoma, Kristen gained experience as an assistant buyer at Hecht's and Lord & Taylor. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from Bucknell University.
