Sybil Newell

Sybil Newell has been with RISE Housing and Support Services as Executive Director since March 2016 after previously serving as Deputy Director. Prior to that, Sybil worked as a Health Program Administrator at the New York State Department of Health from January 2015 to March 2016. Sybil also held the position of Assistant Service Director at Unity House of Troy from March 2010 to January 2015, and as Program Director and Clinical Coordinator from March 2007 to January 2010. Sybil holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Community Psychology from The Sage Colleges-Sage Graduate School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Skidmore College.
