Lavi B. has extensive experience in customer relationship management, currently serving as Head of CRM at RISE Infraventures Limited since May 2021, progressing from CRM Manager to Sr. Manager in this role. Prior to this position, Lavi worked as an Aviation Trainer at Aptech from January to April 2021, and accumulated significant experience in the aviation industry at SpiceJet Limited from September 2010 to November 2018, holding positions such as Assistant Base Incharge, Inflight Manager, and Cabin Crew. Earlier experience includes serving as a Guest Relationship Executive at Sheraton New Delhi Hotel (ITC Group) in the first half of 2010. Lavi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from CCS University, completed in 2010.
