Jill Bakken

Jill Bakken has extensive experience in communications and organizing roles. Jill served as the Communications Director at RISE Partnership since October 2018. Prior to that, they were the Director of Communications at SEIU Local 503 from August 2013 to September 2018. Jill also worked as a Communications Organizer at SEIU Local 503 from August 2012 to February 2013. Before that, they were the Field Communications Director at We Are Wisconsin from November 2011 to May 2012 and the Communications Director at AFT - Wisconsin from September 2007 to November 2011. Jill began their career as a Communications Assistant at AFSCME from 2002 to 2007 and a Community Organizer at NARAL Wisconsin from 2000 to 2002.
