Matt Marshall

Matt is responsible for the creation, implementation, and completion of new business development. He participates in all phases of the development process to ensure a positive experience for all partners. He has experience in multiple residential uses including market rate, mixed-use, building conversions, and extensive rehab projects. Working with an array of financing models and development structures enables him to be a creative and productive member of the team. Matt shares his love of the outdoors with his wife and three children.
