Thibaud WERY has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Thibaud started their career as an Auto-entrepreneur, selling a unique fishing basket called the "Panier Reglo." From there, they worked as an Ingénieur d'Affaires at LOGTEAM ERP, where they were responsible for sales and recruitment in the IT sector. Thibaud then joined Cegid Group as an Ingénieur Commercial, where they focused on sales and account management for clients in the retail and wholesale industries. After that, they worked at Sogeti as an Ingénieur Commercial, selling IT solutions and services in the areas of digital transformation, testing, and cybersecurity. Thibaud later moved to Sitel Group, working as an Account Executive and managing the sales cycle for learning solutions. Prior to their current role, they worked at Rise Up as an Account Manager, where they managed a portfolio of 50 clients and focused on customer retention and upselling additional services. Currently, they are working at Rise Up as an Account Executive, responsible for developing a portfolio of clients in the telecom, services, and sports sectors, achieving sales targets, and generating leads.

Thibaud WERY completed their education in a chronological order. Thibaud started their education by attending Lycée Sévigné from 2008 to 2011, where they earned their Baccalauréat Scientifique with a field of study in Sciences de la Vie et de la Terre. After that, they moved on to Eseo from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Sciences informatiques et de l'information et services apparentés. Thibaud then pursued their studies at Université de Rennes I from 2013 to 2014, obtaining a DUT GEA with a field of study in Comptabilité et commerce/gestion. Finally, from 2015 to 2018, they attended Euridis Business School and earned a Master Professionnel Vente et Négociation "Ingénieur d'Affaires" with a field of study in Vente et négociation sur le secteur du numérique.

In addition to their formal education, Thibaud WERY also obtained certifications. In April 2020, they completed the certification titled "Les fondements de la PNL" from LinkedIn. In March 2020, they obtained the certification "Perfectionner ses techniques de vente avec le SPIN Selling" also from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in July 2013, they achieved a Grade C in the First Certificate of English, but the institution from where they obtained this certification is unknown.
