Currently serving as VP of Client Solutions at Risilience since April 2023, James leads post-sale functions for a climate change platform. Prior to this, James held senior positions at Cyance and Verint, where responsibilities included building customer success teams and integrating services following acquisitions. James's tenure at Transversal spanned 14 years, culminating in the role of VP of Customer Success & Client Services. James's career began in web development, providing consultancy and design services for small businesses. James is also an Executive Member at Pavilion, a community for leaders in high-growth revenue-generating functions.
