Kerry Baldwin has over 15 years of experience in the private equity and venture capital industries. In 2006, they co-founded IQ Capital and has since held a number of other roles. In 2016, they became a Director at BMLL, and in 2019, they became a Director at FNA, CyberSmart, and Neurovalens. In 2020, they became an Honorary Fellow in Entrepreneurship at Cambridge Judge Business School, and in 2021, they became a Director at CybSafe, Risilience, and an Independent Investment Committee Member at British Patient Capital. Additionally, they are currently the Chair 2021/22, Council Member, and Member of the Venture Capital Committee at the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (BVCA).

Kerry Baldwin attended the University of Plymouth from 1992 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree.
