Kai Hsieh

Kai Hsieh is the Controller at Rising Realty Partners. He oversees all accounting and finance functions within the organization, and is responsible for enforcing internal controls and managing accounting systems and procedures.

Prior to joining Rising, Kai has 25 years of experience in real estate accounting and finance. He started his career at The Horowitz Group, a renowned developer of commercial properties throughout California. He also spent several years as Associate Professor of Business at Fremont College, a private career school designed to educate military veterans who recently returned from their tours overseas.

Kai has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UC San Diego, and an MBA from California State University, Northridge. He lives in La Crescenta with his 4 kids, ages 18, 18, 15 and 8. Outside of the office, he enjoys cooking, music and retro video games.
