Esther Psarakis is a seasoned professional in the food, beverage, and consumer products consultancy sector with extensive experience in managing and marketing. As the Managing Partner at Foodpreneur since 2007, Esther has provided expertise in importing food products, FDA regulations, and market research, while also coaching entrepreneurs as a Business Coach at Rising Tide Capital. In the role of VP Sales & Marketing at SprinJene, Esther has contributed to innovative oral care products. Additionally, Esther serves as an SBDC Counselor/Instructor at Raritan Valley Community College and provides strategic sales and distribution support at Rutgers Food Innovation Center.
