Ali Mashal , ACP , CSM , CSPO

Ali Mashal is an ACP, CSM, and CSPO with over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. Ali started their career in 2004 as a Program Manager at VEKTI, where they were responsible for running project governance meetings, controlling scope, budget, and schedule for all projects, monitoring project progress/ deliverables, and reporting to US Military Generals and Local Ministry Leadership based on SOW. In 2015, they joined Western Health Advantage as a Project Manager Scrum Master, where they managed project scope, budget, and schedule, communicated with vendors, facilitated weekly triage/governance meetings, assigned resources, updated the project plan in the smart sheet, guided the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values, created and updated dashboard/ reports in Jira, facilitated weekly resource allocation meetings, guided the team on how to get the most out of self-organizing, and assessed the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coached the team to higher levels of maturity. Ali also served as a Software Developer and Operation Analyst, where they were responsible for website development in ColdFusion, participating on daily scrum, agile project sizing, scheduling jobs for different apps, file transfer to medical groups via FileZilla, and encryption and decryption of files sent out. In 2021, they joined Risk and Safety Solutions as an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master.

Ali Mashal completed their high school education from Qalb Asia Pakistan in 2003, with a degree in General Studies. In 2016, they obtained their Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance. In 2017, they obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance. In 2018, they obtained their Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification from PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter. In 2021, they obtained their Smartsheet Product Certified User certification from Smartsheet. In 2022, they obtained their DevOps Essentials Professional Designation and ICP- ATF (Agile Team Facilitator) certification from ICAgile.
