Herman C.

Herman C. has worked in the technology and safety industry since 2019. Herman began their career as a Computer Laboratory Consultant at UC Davis Computer Lab Management, where they were responsible for basic to advanced troubleshooting of hardware and software problems on Mac and PC platforms. Herman also co-taught a training class and assisted with on-the-job training of new consultants. In 2022, Herman C. moved to Risk and Safety Solutions, where they work as a Business Technical Support Analyst. In this role, they leverage technology to help hundreds of environmental, health, and safety professionals, making it easier for these workplaces to operate safely and efficiently. Herman also consults with administrators, updating live websites with the Cascade content management system.

Herman C. is currently pursuing a degree in Statistics with a focus in Data Science from the University of California, Davis. Herman began their studies in 2018 and is expected to graduate in 2022. In May 2021, Herman C. obtained a Conflict Resolution Mediation Training certification from the Yolo Conflict Resolution Center.
